I think if the blog/site gets attraction from mainstream media and/or you release a widget, which shows latest complaints on tons of blogs. If a lot of people read the blog, companies will make sure they check the blog and address customer issues. Monitoring complaints by individual bloggers would be a big undertaking - and thats where volunteer help would play a role. None the less, I'm trying to figure out a strategy for the site going forward. but for now, I'm bogged down by work :-) Praneeth,
