1. Java Developer:
We are looking for B.Tech Graduates from IIT's with more than 1 year of experience in the following Java related technologies:
RESTEasy, JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate/iBatis, Eclipse RCP/Plug-in development, GWT, J2EE Server side programming
2. Microsoft.NET Developer:
We are looking for B.Tech Graduates from IIT's with over 3-4 years of experience in the following Microsoft.NET related technologies:
C#, Microsoft.NET 3.5 framework, preferably should have worked with Silverlight/WPF, WCF, etc.
3. Front-end Developer:
We are looking for Front-end developers who have a passion and the skill to develop sleek looking web and desktop interfaces. They should have an understanding of basic Usability principles and be willing to develop their skills in this area. We are primarily looking at the following skills to begin with. You should have AT LEAST two years of experience working on some of these technologies:
jQuery, javascript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, GWT/PHP/Ruby on Rails/Flex/Silverlight, Web 2.0 frameworks
(PHP with Zend Framework is a plus)
