JOB DESCRIPTION
- Capable of implementing & improving customer service procedures
- Well conversant with MS Office and Internet
- Capable of independent correspondence
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Should be able to maintain & document the data & procedures.
- Should be able to follow up with various agencies & partners.
Candidate should be open to any other miscellaneous official tasks specified by the management.
