About us:

“Kappr” is a startup based in Edinburgh, UK. The goal of Kappr is to build a multilingual (initially catering all European countries) web-based tool that lets you manage and track projects (or simply ideas) and quickly create client/project extranets. A tool simple enough to give to every customer. “Tasks” to provide all necessary features for GTD. “Writeboards” to collectively draft specs. “Messages” and “Scratchpads” to facilitate communication. “Files” to securely share results before publication. “Project Frontpage” to maintain a public profile of the project. “Time tracking” to review your work and bill the customer. Accessible to everyone with a web browser. API to integrate into current environments. “User Profile” with free text field.

Job Desc:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in PHP/MSQL and Linux (preferably Ubuntu) to join us fulltime. The project is being built using the CakePHP framework and experience in that will be very beneficial. The successful applicant be a part of the core team and will be working remotely from their own homes and will be collaborating with the team in UK on a daily basis through Skype, emails and phone.

Remuneration:

Competitive based on experience and expertise.
