MoneyVidya.com - seed funded startup looking for UI Guru!

MoneyVidya.com is a stock picking community for Indian Investors and Traders. Our develpment is currently being outsourced, but is lead by MoneyVidya.com's CTO. We're seedfunded, and we're nearing our alpha release, and we expect to get a lot of feedback on our UI.
If we have the resources, we're willing to overhaul the entire UI to make it even more intuitive and user friendly. This is quite exciting - and we need a UI Guru to be at the centre of this effort.
Here's the profile we're looking for:
- CSS Guru who can deliver great sites with elegant markup
- Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies and practices including AJAX and Web Services
- 2+ years experience on the LAMP stack
- Experience in graphics design a plus
