We are looking for Senior Recruiter to support hiring in the Tech Department (Software Development Engineers, software Test Engineers, User Interaction Engineers, Web Developers, etc) & Client Management division (Business Analysts, Product Managers) at Sokrati. The candidate will be involved in sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiations & extending offers.

Description:

* Handle recruitment for the technology & client management divisions across the Company * Should be extremely good at Networking & soliciting referrals * Identify and manage new channels like Campus, Job Portals, Social Media, etc to support recruitment. * Working closely with management to fill positions. * Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the Hiring Unit. * Creative personality to come up with innovative ideas for recruiting events

Desired:

* At least 4+ years of experience in recruiting * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines. * Make the Recruiting process more fun & fulfilling
