What are we looking for?
P2W2’s Business Associates will be responsible for working on projects focused on analytics and modeling. The Business Associate will be directly handling all the various phases of a typical analytics project including initial client interaction, requirements understanding, research, generating insights, implementation and presenting the findings to the clients.
Position:
1. Senior Business Associate: 3-5 years of experience.
2. Business Associate: Person with 0-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding client requirements.
2. Understanding, consolidating and analyzing data from spreadsheets.
3. Creating dashboards, reports and charts in Excel.
4. Working on financial and other types of modeling projects.
5. Developing macros in VBA (Visual Basic Applications).
6. Analyzing data with statistical analytical tools like Project R, XLMiner etc.
Qualifications:
1. B.E./B.Tech (preferably with computer science background) or any other relevant degree, Chartered Accountancy, or a bachelors or masters degree in Statistics.
2. Basic knowledge in programming and coding is essential.
3. Good analytical and communication skills.
4. Experience in data analysis tools such as SPSS or R would be a plus.
5. We prefer candidates with business knowledge.
Compensation: Competitive. We are open to discuss.
Location: This position would be based out of our office at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. We are incubated in International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad.
