Rediff is far best unbiased news content site which I have seen but its marketing and flaws in customer complaints follow-ups is hitting it hard.

It is also getting very severe competition from India Times which is backed by Times group and really good marketing folks.

Still Rediff has good reader and online shopper base so it’s good time they wake up and look at their strategies.

Yes but there is no ‘MEAT’ in it….look at yahoo.com…cleaner interface but with more content, rather meaty content (that is important)
