Yoplr makes trip planning easy (invites below)

Yoplr is a new startup that hopes to make it easier for you to plan your next trip. The app acts like a trip recommendation engine, which will make destination recommendations to you based on your selected criteria.

So, for example you can select whether you are travelling alone / as a couple or with kids / family, what kind of destination you are interested in (romantic getaway, adventure trip, religious tour etc.), how long will the trip be etc. Based on your selected criteria, the app will provide you a list of destinations.  Once you have the destination finalized, you can plan the rest of your trip using the app.

Currently, they provide recommendations only for Goa and Karnataka. The service is pretty cool and I can definitely see a use for it. These are the same folks who were behind the microblogging app Chittr.
