As per reports in ET, Tech Mahindra is in talks to acquire Bangalore based telecom startup, Sloka Telecom. Acquisition price is rumored to be around $6 million and the deal is not yet final.
Sloka Telecom works on WiMax technology and its CEO, Sujai Karampuri, has been very vocal about the lack of VC funding in the Indian market.
