Infact after reading it, i decided to give a comment on how good an idea this was and should be promoted. It is only after reading Kapil's comment that i am wondering what the issue is, It looks like i have missed gravely, ;-) BTW, this is a good idea, not verry new but in Indian context definitely relevant and worth trying. all the Best!!
