I feel that the group buying of low ticket items results in small savings which may not be significant therefore group buying can be more successful and effective for high ticket items like real estate.

I could find only one website http://www.groupbookings.in doing it in India. I think that as the industry matures, many people will prefer to buy high ticket items in a group rather than the low ticket items.

Most deal sites are PUSHING THE DEALS to the consumers But consumers should have the ability to PULL THE DEALS i.e GROUP DEMAND BUYING.
