Infibeam acquires Picsquare

Nikhil reports that InfiBeam has acquired Picsquare. Picsquare was one of the first startups that I covered on StartupDunia.

No details about the deal are available, but assuming that Picsquare had a lucrative exit, want to congratulate Manish and Kartik on the successful exit.

    Hi Pranav,
updated - Manish says it’s not an exit - the team will stay on with Infibeam. He declined to comment on the specifics - whether there’s a lock-in period (in which case it’s an exit), or there’s stock involved (which means they’re coming on board.

one small thing about the post - MediaNama reports..not Nikhil reports :)
