Indibloggies website hacked

Indibloggies, the site that hosts the publicly chosen awards conferred to bloggers of Indian origin, seems to have been hacked. Here’s a screenshot:

    Yes some sites located on my hosting service’s one of the servers were hacked, the index pages were defaced and thankfully other files and database were spared. Indibloggies blogs is up but it will take time to restore the home-page.

    One of my sites was hacked a few years ago via sql injection. I learnt script security the hard way!

    How did they get through? Brute force? Injection?
