Sydus ties up with Indian Music Industry to offer online streaming music

AgencyFaqs reports that online and mobile streaming company, Sydus has tied up with Indian Music Industry (IMI) giving it access to more than 500K music tracks. Users can download an application called OnDemand and listen to tracks either on the web or using their mobile. A free, ad-supported model is also planned. The service, which will give users access to tracks from 139 different labels in 12 different languages, will go live by end of 2007.
