Online Indian travel portals set to triple market share
The market share for traditional travel agents will decline from 32 to 10 percent by 2008 while the online travel portals are set to triple theirs.
The story cites a comprehensive report on Indian tourism trends by Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), which in turn cites a study by PhoCusWright Inc.
Later in the story, it says:
At the end of 2006, there were six online travel agencies in India
of which it counts MakeMyTrip, IndiaTimes travel, Travelguru, Yatra, Ezeego1 and Xplorz.
Now, I dont know which report quotes 6 online travel agencies - the PATA report or the PhoCusWright report.
One of them is taking people for a ride.

Challenging role in a startup:
———————————-
We are running http://www.samfra.com - a local search engine.
We are going to launch a travel portal with great innovations.
We already have some highly experienced people in the team.
But, we need experienced people from travel, web marketing and technical
domains.
If interested or you know someone who can be suitable, send me a mail at
jeet232(at)gmail(dot)com
Even if you are not in above categories, still we can discuss things.
Thanks
